Alternative Dispute Resolution and Welfare Society (ADRWS) is dedicated to promoting
accessible, effective, and legally sound dispute resolution mechanisms across India and
beyond. Our objectives are designed to support the growth of ADR practices while also
contributing to legal education, awareness, and service delivery.
Our Key Objectives
a) Promote Legal Education & Training
- Offer teaching programs in legal fields, especially focusing on ADR.

Conduct certified short-term courses, seminars, workshops, moot courts, and in-house training programs.

Enhance the quality of legal education and promote awareness about ADR mechanisms..
b) Strengthen ADR Practices
- Impart specialized training in arbitration, mediation, and conciliation.

Provide resources and infrastructure for effective conduct of ADR proceedings.

Develop and promote model ADR clauses and procedural rules.
c) Provide Practical ADR Services

Facilitate appointment of arbitrators, mediators, and conciliators upon parties’ request.

Maintain a panel of qualified professionals including legal experts, technical consultants, and investigators.

Offer hybrid dispute resolution (electronic + physical) that complies with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
d) Legal Support & Infrastructure

Assist with the service and compliance of legal notices, court summons, warrants, and orders issued by courts, tribunals, and other authorities.

Construct and maintain infrastructure, including law libraries and office premises, to support society operations.
e) Expand ADR Awareness

Disseminate knowledge through publications, periodicals, and legal resources.

Raise public awareness about types of disputes resolvable through ADR and educate users on available processes.
f) Public Service & Legal Aid

Offer free legal education and support to marginalized, poor, and needy individuals.

Organize outreach programs and legal aid camps.
g) Organizational Growth & Collaboration

Establish regional offices in India and abroad.

Recruit and collaborate with experts, trainers, and professionals to promote

Accept grants, donations, and partnerships with corporations, institutions, and
individuals.
h) Operational & Administrative Objectives

Collect membership fees, service charges, consultancy fees, and other revenues to sustain operations.

Pay staff, advisors, and consultants as per society norms.

Appoint legal and technical advisors, bankers, and necessary personnel.

Manage society’s property, raise funds, enter into contracts, and take all lawful steps to meet its objectives.
